| lol omg, i weighed myself this morning and well...i'm 118lbs. wtf....and still a sad 5'2" so that weight is NOT ok. deff. going to take new pictures this week. not sure when. probably after i get the new film in :) oh im super excited about that! i have an argus 75 and it took a little while to find a place that sold the film i needed so i'm going to end up going crazy taking pictures when i get the film wednesday :)

any way, food's been minimum today which is good! had small breakfast (not even half an omelett and coffee) and lunch i'm munchin on now (which is a salad w/ fat free dressing) and dinner wont be bad cuz im packing another salad for work! go me! on a power trip today with how good it feels to be getting shit under control in my life.

| my new main source of everything. tea. yummy, tasty, unsweetened tea. i work overnight so it's all but too easy to avoid actual food and all meal times. i wish so much that i could afford going back to dance or even just going to a damn gym but i cant (stupid stupid college!). college brings me to another point. i changed my major. mom flipped shit but i dont really care any more. noones opinion seems to really hit home at this point. so i told her i didnt want to go for nursing and said id rather go for buisness and photo and get my own photo studio open. she basically tried to rip my head off and tell me that i was going for nursing. sooo now i have to file for student loans or try financial aid again(fat chance they'll pay for my school..). looks like break time from school. oh well when life gives you lemons throw them at life.

| maybe i'll get one of those big book clips so i can clip open my stupid psych book on the treadmill and run and read...
today not so great, but it's whatever. gotta get my damn math work done already. fasting tomorrow and wednesday.
alright so for the fast a minimum of 9 glasses of water, one of orange juice, 15-30 mins of strenght training and 30 mins of cardio both days.

ok so i finished this tattoo finally. BUT HONESTLY HOW FAT HAVE I LET MYSELF GET?!
so every two weeks i will take the same outfit and take a new side photo to see if im doing any better.
i've started going to the gym 3-4 times a week and im eating...uh not healthy at all. i eat like a fat fuck. so time to fix that too.
today's intake
b- half a coffee cake, ew (130 cals.)
l- celery stick, green tea (0 cals.)

sooo hopefully i can get shit together now that classes have started! math today then psych tomorrow and anatomy friday, then back to math monday and english and composition tuesday. there'sn a gym on campus and there's the gym on base and both are free to me so i have no excuse to not go. the food thing i cant keep blameing on my boyfriend. while he eats like crap i cant keep doing that. never going to get anywhere like that.
